These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "T&C") govern access to and use of the JoobFy platform, published by JoobFy SAS. By accessing the platform or using our services, you unconditionally accept these T&C.
1Article 1 — Purpose
JoobFy is an AI-powered automated job search platform designed for the Swiss, French, and cross-border markets.
These T&C define the conditions under which users may access and use the services offered by JoobFy.
2Article 2 — Registration and user account
Access to JoobFy services requires the creation of a user account. Registration is open to any individual of legal age.
Users agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and to keep it current.
Users are responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and any activity carried out from their account.
3Article 3 — Description of services
JoobFy offers the following services:
- Automated job search via AI agents (MAX and LOLA)
- Automated sending of personalized applications (CV and cover letter)
- Real-time tracking of sent applications
- AI-generated CVs and cover letters
- Intelligent matching between user profiles and job offers
- Application tracking dashboard
- Coverage of Swiss, French, and cross-border markets
- Up to 1,500 applications per month depending on the chosen plan
- AI chat for personalized guidance
- Real-time notifications about opportunities
Available features may vary depending on the subscription plan chosen by the user.
4Article 4 — Subscriptions and pricing
JoobFy offers different subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Ultimate) with distinct features and application quotas.
Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) or euros (EUR) depending on the user's market. All prices include tax.
Subscriptions are concluded for a monthly period and are automatically renewed unless cancelled by the user before the end of the current period.
5Article 5 — User obligations
Users agree to:
- Use the platform in accordance with its intended purpose and these T&C
- Not provide false or misleading information in their profile or applications
- Not use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes
- Not attempt to circumvent the platform's security measures
- Respect the intellectual property rights of JoobFy and third parties
- Not create multiple accounts for the same user
Any breach of these obligations may result in the suspension or termination of the account without notice.
6Article 6 — Liability
JoobFy makes every effort to ensure the availability and proper functioning of the platform. However, JoobFy does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
JoobFy cannot be held responsible for the outcome of applications sent or for the decisions of recruiters or employers.
JoobFy's liability is limited to the amount of the subscription paid by the user during the last twelve (12) months.
7Article 7 — Intellectual property
All elements of the JoobFy platform are protected by intellectual property law:
- Source code, algorithms, and technical architecture
- AI agents MAX and LOLA, their personality and visual representation
- Design, logos, and visual identity
- AI-generated content (CV templates, cover letters)
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.
8Article 8 — Data protection
JoobFy collects and processes the personal data of its users in accordance with the GDPR and the Swiss FADP.

9Article 9 — Termination
Users may terminate their account at any time from their profile settings. Termination results in:
- Immediate cessation of automated application sending
- Deletion of personal data within 30 days
- Loss of access to premium features
JoobFy reserves the right to terminate an account in case of violation of these T&C.
10Article 10 — Applicable law and disputes
These T&C are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Canton of Geneva, Switzerland.
In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
